We offer complimentary repair services for rips, tears, holes, or split seams. To initiate the process, please contact our support team, providing photographic evidence of the damage and your original order number.

To qualify for coverage, orders must have been placed through our website: www.cruzcmbt.com. The Roll for Life Guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.

Exclusions:
While our commitment centers around rectifying manufacturing defects, it's crucial to note that our guarantee does not cover stains, discolorations, or extensive fabric damage resulting from burns, abrasion, or corrosion.

Turnaround Time:
We strive to expedite the repair process, with the goal of returning your mended performance piece within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Washing Requirement:
Before sending in your performance piece, a pre-wash is mandatory. Regrettably, unwashed items will be returned without undergoing the repair process.

Terms and Conditions (The Fine Print):
Our operational terms are straightforward: we'll fix it and send it back to you. Return postage is covered by us (i.e., shipping back to you once you've shipped it to us for mending), but the responsibility for sending it in rests with you.
