Origin: CRUZ CMBT was developed in 2006 for combat athletes needing high end performance apparel made in the USA.  It was important for us to source products made in the USA when possible. We found that this condition was seldom offered so we decided to build the products ourselves, in our small studio in Dallas, TX. For the custom fight short and rash guard market there was nothing available that fit the clean, minimalist design aesthetic we were after. Overseeing and being directly responsible for the quality and workmanship were the other important factors that led us to developing our own production.

CRUZ CMBT has been acquiring the equipment needed to manufacture high end performance apparel since 2006. We've had a great deal of support because of our choice to manufacture in the USA. We specialize in dye sublimation and custom cut and sew. On our performance fabrics, the dye sublimation process creates graphics that will never fade, crack, or peel.  CRUZ CMBT performance fabrics also have moisture wicking and anti-microbial properties. Many of our lifestyle pieces feature soft-hand DTG inks. Since manufacturing is domestic, and we handle our own production we can produce micro quantities on our custom orders.
