Returns and Refund Policy

Cancellations: We do not allow for order cancellations. Our items are hand made, and made-to-order. In some cases it may be possible to change your item before we ship, if you feel you may have ordered incorrectly.

Return period: Returns are accepted on orders within 30 days of ship date for an exchange or store credit.

Eligibility: Wholesale items, or items where “wholesale” exists in the product title are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Condition of the product: The product must be returned in its original condition with all the tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Refund method: A refund will be issued in the form of exchange, or store credit.
