We offer complimentary repair services for rips, tears, holes or split seams. To start the process, contact our support team with photos of the damage and your original order number.

To qualify, the order must have been placed through www.cruzcmbt.com. The Roll for Life Guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish.

1. Contact Support

   Send us photos of the damage along with your original order number.

2. Wash It First

   A pre-wash is mandatory. Unwashed items are returned without being repaired.

3. Ship It To Us

   Getting the piece to our warehouse is on you. Postage back to you is on us.

4. We Mend And Return

   Our goal is to have your performance piece repaired and headed back within 14 days of receipt.

Exclusions

What the guarantee doesn't cover.

Our commitment centers on rectifying manufacturing defects and the damage that comes from hard use. It does not extend to the following:

• Stains & Discoloration

  Marks, fading and color change from wear or laundering aren't repairable defects.

• Burns, Abrasion & Corrosion

  Extensive fabric damage from heat, scraping or chemical exposure falls outside coverage.

• Unwashed Items

  A pre-wash is required before you send anything in. Unwashed pieces go back unrepaired.

• Second-Hand Pieces

  The guarantee covers the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase required.

Our terms are straightforward: we'll fix it and send it back to you. Return postage is covered by us once you've shipped it in for mending. The responsibility for getting it to us rests with you.
