Rip it. We'll fix it. Free, for life.
If your gear tears on the mat, send it in and we'll repair it — rips, tears, holes and split seams — at no charge, for as long as you own it.
How it works
- Wash it first. This one's non-negotiable — unwashed gear gets returned unrepaired.
- Contact our team with photos of the damage and your order number.
- Ship it in. You cover postage to us, we cover postage back to you.
Back on the mat in about 14 days from the day it reaches us.
What's not covered: stains, discoloration, and extensive damage from burns, abrasion or corrosion. We fix what training breaks.

Custom Gear — Questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. We are the factory, not a middleman, so there is no MOQ — order one custom piece or outfit an entire academy.
How long does a custom order take?
Standard custom orders ship in 30 days. Rush ships in 10 days once we lock the design.
How does the custom process work?
Four steps. Your order confirmation hits your inbox, you reply with your graphics, one of our designers builds your pattern layout and sends it back for approval, and production starts once you sign off.
What artwork do you need from me?
Logo, art, sponsor marks — whatever you want printed. Reply to your order confirmation with what you have and we will work with what you send.
Do I see it before it gets made?
Yes. A designer builds your pattern layout and sends it back for your review and approval. Questions or revisions, just reply to the email — we are not going anywhere.
What can be customized?
Rash guards, grappling shorts, singlets and fightwear. Custom rash guards and custom fight shorts are $119.
What sizes can I order?
Youth YXS through YL and adult XS through 5XL, short sleeve or long. Shorts come in 3″, 5″ and 7″ inseams. You can mix sizes across one order.
What is custom gear made of?
The same 92% poly / 8% spandex build as our stock line, with flatlock stitching and breathable inserts. Graphics are dye-sublimated, so they will not crack, fade or peel.
I am outfitting a gym. Where do I start?
Club Services. Single Item Setup is $99 for one garment in one colorway; Bulk Setup is $500 for a five-hour block covering multiple products. Both include art layout per size, mockups and Shopify-ready product builds. Setup fees are non-refundable and do not include physical samples.
Is custom gear covered by the Roll for Life guarantee?
Yes. We repair rips, tears, holes and split seams from normal training wear, typically within 14 days of receiving the piece. You cover shipping to our Dallas studio, we cover the repair and the trip back.
