THE PROCESS

1. After you place your order you’ll get an email confirmation.
2. Respond to the order’s email confirmation with any graphics we need to build your custom piece.
3. Once we have your art, one of our designers will reach out with a pattern layout for your review and approval.

STANDARD orders ship in 30 days.
RUSH orders ship in 10 days after your approval of the pattern layout.
